Olf II vom Sönnerbach joined our family on November 18 , 2025. We are proud to have chosen this male, bred and trained by an experienced German breeder and trainer, as a hunting, family, and stud dog. The breeder of the Sönnerbach dogs places great emphasis on hunting abilities in practical hunting situations. Furthermore, great attention is paid to temperament, calmness, game drive, and health. Excellent conformation and coat are also highly valued. These are essential for working in demanding field conditions. These qualities are reflected in Olf II's VJP, HZP, VGP, and breed show results. Furthermore, he meets all health requirements, including being free of hip dysplasia (HD), osteochondritis dissecans (OCD), elbow dysplasia (ED), and von Willebrand disease. His dam's line, Molly II vom Sönnerbach, is primarily derived from the Wildbarren, Richthof, and Spanger-Forst kennels. The Königsheide-Saarforst-DK dam line has been used for breeding several times. His sire, Baron II, comes from the renowned vom Kattensohl kennel, a kennel that had a significant influence in the former East Germany and continues to do so today.
